The Vortice Platinum Crystal Spinning Wine Glass Set of 2 introduces controlled rotation into the traditional form of a stemmed tasting glass. The bowl turns smoothly above the stem, allowing the wine to move while the base remains resting on the table.
The patented construction is operated through a discreet connection positioned beneath the bowl. A light movement of the thumb initiates the rotation, replacing the conventional wrist motion normally used to swirl wine during tasting.
As the crystal bowl turns, the liquid travels around its inner surface. This movement supports aeration and provides a clear view of the wine’s colour, movement and visual structure before its aromas and taste are assessed.
Three configurations are available through the product options. The set may include two open bowl glasses, two closed bowl glasses or one example of each form.
