Luxe Diapason Crystal Vase Centerpiece – Clear or Amber
The Luxe Diapason Vase Centerpiece develops its identity through an imposing Diapason-inspired shape. The elevated composition gives the piece a distinctive profile within a contemporary decorative interior.
A meticulously hand-engraved lattice extends across the crystal sides. Vertical and horizontal lines intersect to produce a structured pattern composed of numerous individual facets.
These closely arranged surfaces divide incoming light into multiple reflections, generating a pronounced prism effect throughout the vase. The decoration remains integrated into the crystal rather than applied as a separate ornamental layer.
Light is gathered across the upper section and directed towards the precious black crystal base. The dark foundation strengthens the luminous cascade above it and visually anchors the composition.
Clear and Amber versions reveal the same geometry through different colour expressions. Each can be presented as a decorative crystal vase, centerpiece or focal object within a residential or hospitality setting.
Luxe Diapason explores the relationship between disciplined geometry and changing light. Its ordered lattice becomes increasingly complex as reflections travel between the engraved facets.

THE ARTISTRY OF MATERIALS
Pure crystal containing 24% PbO provides the optical brilliance needed to produce the vase’s prism-like reflections. Clear crystal offers complete transparency, while Amber introduces a warm tonal character.
Black crystal forms a deep material contrast beneath both versions. Its dark surface intensifies the brighter reflections produced by the transparent or coloured crystal above.
EXCLUSIVITY & HERITAGE
The defining lattice requires each engraved line to maintain its direction and spacing across the complete surface. This disciplined handwork transforms a repeated geometric pattern into a complex field of light.
The Luxe Diapason Centerpiece is crafted in Italy by Mario Cioni and presented as part of the G.P.Grant Crystal Selection. It may bear the original Mario Cioni maker’s mark.
Its identifiable authorship, demanding surface treatment and sculptural scale give the piece lasting relevance within a considered collection of Italian decorative crystal.
