G.P.GRANT QUARTET ashtrays are created from elite stones, colored optical glass, crystals and metal elements. As a natural stone ashtray collection, QUARTET combines rare materials, architectural geometry and practical cigar functionality. Each detail is handmade and individually processed. The metal elements are made from brass or bronze, then carefully ground, polished and fitted to the other parts of the piece.

Construction

QUARTET ashtrays are created as modular handmade objects.

The construction includes:

The bowl can be removed for cleaning, maintenance or replacement, and then placed back into the body of the ashtray.

Removable Magnetic Cigar Holders

QUARTET 107 and QUARTET 139 are two models of the QUARTET collection, created according to the same construction principle: a square architectural form, four positions for cigars or cigarettes, a central bowl, handmade assembly and a combination of stone, crystal and metal.

The main difference between QUARTET 107 and QUARTET 139 is in the side decorative elements.

QUARTET 139 consists of 139 individual elements and features a richer decorative structure on the sides due to additional stone, crystal and metal elements. The model weighs approximately 7 kg, emphasizing its massiveness and strong material presence.

Because each material has its own natural structure, every QUARTET piece becomes one of the unique ashtrays in the collection. No two stone surfaces are completely identical.

 

QUARTET 355 Model

QUARTET 355 is one of the most complex models in the QUARTET collection. It is a handmade ashtray created from 355 individual elements.

The model is designed as a complex interior object made of stone, crystals and metal details. Its construction includes 84 stone cubes, 77 precisely cut metal wedges and 164 sparkling crystals.

The ashtray weighs approximately 7 kg, emphasizing its massiveness, stability and serious material presence.

QUARTET 355 is a high-end ashtray for interiors where the ashtray must have the presence of a sculptural object. In rare materials or personalized versions, it can also become one of the collectible ashtrays within the G.P.GRANT line.

Materials and Custom Production

QUARTET ashtrays are available not only in standard versions. At the client’s individual request, we can produce the piece from another stone, provided that the material is suitable for processing and construction. For example, for interior integration projects, we can produce cigar ashtrays from Italian marbles, such as white Calacatta Gold marble, black Nero Portoro Gold marble, or any other marble selected by the designer.

Since QUARTET is not just an ashtray, but a unique interior object, we work with designers, architects, cigar lounges, private clubs, yachts, villas and collectors, creating pieces for a specific space or project.

For project orders, it is possible to select the stone, metal and overall visual concept according to the style of the space.

A decorative version with depth, reflections and transparency. It gives the QUARTET cigar ashtray a brighter, lighter and more contemporary look while keeping its solid modular construction, removable cigar holders and central bowl.

Obsidian

One of the most expressive materials in the collection. Its deep dark color and natural internal reflections create a strong dramatic effect.

Red Jasper

Gives a warm, rich and natural pattern. Red jasper looks more decorative and classic, combining well with wood, leather, bronze and cigar interiors.

Lapis Lazuli

A rare and expressive blue stone. It turns QUARTET into a more collectible and jewelry-like object.

Tiger Eye

Creates a sense of depth and movement through golden-brown reflections. It gives the piece a warm, prestigious and decorative character.

Green Marble

An architectural and interior option. It works well for spaces with natural stone, wood, bar areas, cigar cabinets and classic luxury design.

Auction Models from Rare Stones

In addition to standard materials and individual orders, we sometimes create auction models from exceptionally rare stones.

These are materials that occur in nature in very limited quantities and cannot be repeated. From such a stone, it is possible to create a maximum of one or two ashtrays.

These pieces are not standard production items. They are treated as limited edition ashtrays or auction objects because the stone itself cannot be reproduced. In the rarest materials, QUARTET can become one of the iconic ashtrays of a private collection.

Lighters made from the same stone can also be created to accompany the ashtrays.

The most expensive ashtrays in the QUARTET line are created from rare stones, solid gold, platinum and precious stones such as diamonds, sapphires, rubies and emeralds.

All metal parts of the ashtrays can be decorated with hand engraving performed by a master engraver specializing in exclusive weaponry. This engraving adds individual details to the piece, enhances its uniqueness and transforms the ashtray into a true work of art.
