The Signature Hand-Painted Porcelain Ashtray or Tray “Chimère” has a rectangular form with softly rounded corners, a recessed centre and a raised perimeter. The ashtray version shown includes two opposing cigar rests.
A blue winged chimera occupies the central area. The creature is painted in profile with an extended body, raised wings, curved tail and layered anatomical details.
The composition is presented as an artist’s study. Fine construction lines, arrows, handwritten annotations and smaller animal sketches surround the principal figure.
A repeating blue and black border runs along sections of the perimeter. White, cream, blue, black and gold form the principal colour palette.
