Aging and triple fermentation of cigars
12 years of tobacco maturation — Cuban-seed varieties grown in the Dominican Republic, plus selected leaves from Nicaragua and Ecuador.
Only 1.5–2% of the harvest meets the ZAVEN standard.
Triple fermentation and cedar resting create strength without harshness, complex taste, and a refined finish.
