THE ARTISTRY OF MATERIALS
Pure crystal containing 24% PbO gives this compact Sinfonia service a concentrated play of light across the salver, four tumblers and central decanter. Inspired by a triumphal march, the cutting spreads across the tray like waves during a storm, contracts around the glasses and then rises through the taller central form.
Shallow incisions create fine gleams, while deeper cuts produce broader flashes within the material. This difference establishes a visual hierarchy, with the decanter anchoring the composition and the surrounding tumblers carrying its rhythm outwards.
EXCLUSIVITY & HERITAGE
Sinfonia structures the serving ritual like a composed performance: the decanter establishes the leading form, the four low glasses create a measured sequence, and the salver becomes their shared stage.
Each piece is crafted in Italy by Mario Cioni and presented as part of the G.P.Grant Crystal Selection. It may bear the original Mario Cioni maker’s mark.
Its identity comes from the relationship between the three forms rather than from any single object. The composition becomes complete only when the decanter, glasses and dedicated salver are presented together.
