Hand-Painted Limoges Porcelain Coffee Mug and Tea Cup “Lusignan Myth” – Castle Edition
The Hand-Painted Porcelain Coffee Mug and Tea Cup “Lusignan Myth” has a rounded body that widens slightly towards the upper rim. A curved white handle is attached to the side and outlined with gold painting.
The main scene presents a castle beside a female figure against a landscape of green, turquoise and blue. The composition follows the curved surface of the porcelain rather than being confined to a rectangular panel.
The opposite side changes to a deep blue background decorated with repeated gold heraldic motifs. A circular emblem forms the central element of this section.
Gold painting defines the upper rim, handle and borders between the different colour areas. Additional gold details appear within the architecture, clothing and ornamental motifs.
The mug is handcrafted from authentic Limoges porcelain and hand-painted in Paris, France. It can be used as a porcelain coffee mug or porcelain tea cup.
This Lusignan Myth cup combines a castle landscape and female figure on one side with a blue heraldic composition on the other. Gold-painted borders connect the two scenes. The porcelain cup is intended for serving either tea or coffee.
THE ARTISTRY OF MATERIALS
Limoges porcelain provides the white body and interior of the cup. Its surface supports the blue, turquoise, green and violet areas of the hand-painted composition.
Gold painting is used along the rim, handle and decorative borders, as well as within selected architectural and heraldic details.
EXCLUSIVITY & HERITAGE
The Lusignan Myth cup is hand-painted in Paris by Kristina Mkrtchyan, a porcelain decoration specialist whose professional experience includes hand-painting porcelain for Hermès.
No transfer printing is used. The landscape, figure, heraldic motifs, colour fields and gold details are applied directly by hand.
